2. Initial Design Phase

During the initial design phase, we invest significant time in creating your website’s foundation. If you’re not satisfied with the design concepts and wish to discontinue, a partial refund may be available.
However, we will deduct a design fee to cover the time, software, and creative work already completed.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

In most cases, deposits are non-refundable. This is because deposits reserve your project slot and cover initial planning costs.
For this reason, please ensure you are fully committed before submitting your deposit payment.

4. Revision Limits and Scope Changes

Importantly, our packages include up to five revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
If you request additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed project scope, extra charges may apply.
Furthermore, refunds will not be issued for completed work that meets the original agreement.

5. Completion and Final Approval

Once your website is completed, tested, and approved, the project is officially closed.
After approval, refunds are not available. Any future adjustments or additions will be billed at our standard hourly or project-based rate.
This ensures clarity and protects the value of the completed work.

6. Delivery Delays

Sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If a delay happens due to HaveSites.com and you choose to cancel, you may receive a partial refund.
The refund amount will depend on the project stage and completed work at the time of cancellation.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Payments are returned through the original payment method, ensuring fast and secure processing.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
